**Right of Withdrawal**
Please note that the following withdrawal policy does not apply in the case of Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 3 of the German Civil Code (BGB). According to Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 3 BGB, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery. Menstrual cups are goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
**Right of Withdrawal**
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (orimus GmbH, Bahnhofstr. 17, 61250 Usingen, Tel.: +49 176 620 299 10, Email: adrian@orimus.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email).
You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Please do not send the package, but wait for further instructions from us.
**Consequences of Withdrawal**
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

**REPLACEMENT OF AN ITEM**
We can replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. We can also replace items if you received the wrong product, wrong product size, or wrong product color from what you ordered.
Replacement requests for defective or damaged products upon arrival will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by CycleCups. If you need a product replacement, please send visual proof and supporting evidence to our email: adrian@orimus.com. We will evaluate your request promptly, but please note that we do not respond to emails on weekends or holidays. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your replacement product to reach you may vary.
Please provide the following information:
- Name of the purchaser
- Order number
- Product name of the ordered item
- Product name of the received item
- A description of the incorrectly received item
Please attach pictures of the incorrect item to the message. Please wait to speak with our customer service before returning the item to ensure we can send you the correct item as soon as possible. Items must be returned within 60 days of receipt.
Acceptance of the shipment may be refused. Please inform us and let us know whether you prefer a refund or a delivery of other items.
**CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER**
Orders are processed after they are received. Changes are only possible as long as the order has not been shipped. Please send an email to: adrian@orimus.com. Only after receiving a response from customer service will you know if the change can be made or not.
Orders in transit cannot be canceled or changed.

Shipping within Germany costs 4.99 Euros.
Free shipping within Germany for orders over 59 Euros.
Shipping within Europe costs 14.95 Euros for orders up to 20 Euros.
Shipping within Europe costs 9.95 Euros for orders over 20 Euros.
Free shipping within Europe for orders over 99 Euros.
Worldwide shipping costs 22.49 Euros.
Free worldwide shipping for orders over 149 Euros.
We use the standard service of parcel delivery companies. Please ensure that you receive your shipment upon delivery or arrange for delivery to a parcel shop for self-collection.
If you wish for delivery with a required signature, an additional fee will apply. Please contact us before choosing this method.
Additional costs may apply when shipping to a non-EU country: Import or customs costs may arise. Customs costs are not included in the price of your order and will not be covered by CycleCups or orimus GmbH.
